Dr. Watkins has been serving the Laveen Area since 2007. Dr. Torrence Watkins graduated from Northeast Missouri State University (Truman State University) with a Bachelor's of Science in Pre-Medicine/Biology. He attended the Pennsylvania College of Optometry (Salus University) and earned a Doctorate of Optometry with honors in Pediatrics and Ocular Disease. His specialties include contact lenses, Lasik, cataract co-management and pediatrics. He enjoys being active in the community, He was elected to the Laveen School District Board in 2020. Dr Watkins also serves on the Laveen/South Mountain Chamber of Commerce and The Laveen Baseball league's governing board.
